You may also convert <a href=\"https:\/\/mcgtomg.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mcg to mg<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fillings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adobo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menudo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toppings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salted Egg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sift together cake flour and baking powder in a bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make a well, pour sugar and water; dissolve sugar first in the 1 1\/2 c water before incorporating it into the flour mixture.&nbsp; Blend well until smooth and free of lumps, set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beat egg white with cream of tartar, adding sugar gradually, until stiff but not dry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut and fold into the flour mixture until well blended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour on a plastic molder lined with a paper cup, half-filled, then add fillings, then cover with the mixture, and top with cheese and\/or salted egg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steam for 10-15 minutes or until done.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em>I have also tried Asado fish, beef, and chicken filling with a boiled egg.&nbsp; And made PCM (Puto Cake Medley) out of this &#8220;Puto Pao&#8221; module.&nbsp; To make use of the egg yolks, not only the egg white, I have made custard as an additional puto cake base\/topping.&nbsp;
