This month marks a major milestone in my life, three years into my public servant journey<\/strong>, and what a ride it’s been. From day one, I knew I didn\u2019t have the typical experience or background for the role. But someone believed in me. That trust gave me the chance to serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Facing Challenges in the Early Years<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first two years tested me in every way. I stepped into an unfamiliar work culture and handled tasks meant for multiple people. I tried to resign, thinking I had reached my limit. But when my resignation wasn\u2019t accepted, I took a step back and reflected. Maybe I didn\u2019t end up here by accident. Maybe I have a purpose to fulfill in this role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choosing Integrity Over Comparison<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To stay on top of my deliverables, I pushed myself to work harder. I only took time off when family matters needed attention or when I got sick. Even though I sometimes felt frustrated watching colleagues breeze through their day with lighter workloads, I kept reminding myself of my own standards. I choose to act with integrity. I know why I\u2019m here: to serve with honesty and commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Small Recognition with Big Meaning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In my previous jobs, I stayed 11, 7, and 2 years, always giving my best. But this time felt different. I finally received recognition, not in the form of a trophy or cash bonus, but through a simple certificate. It may seem small, but for me, it carried deep meaning. Someone noticed my effort. Someone appreciated it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Renewed Purpose and Gratitude<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

That certificate reignited my motivation. It reminded me to stay focused, to keep learning, and to stay patient. I also started noticing the people around me more. Their support, cooperation, and kindness helped lighten the load. I\u2019ve realized that not all recognition has to come with a price tag. The most meaningful ones remind you that your work matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
